This is **AN EXCITING TIME** to join us at CatholicCare We are growing our Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme and we are looking for an exceptional networker to connect and expand our team of Volunteers.

In this role, you will have a crucial role in expanding our volunteer program across the Central Coast. Your responsibilities will include engaging with key stakeholders and effectively matching volunteers with seniors in residential care or those living at home.

**What your days will look like;**
- Source, interview and onboard volunteers, matching their interests with clients or other opportunities across the organisation
- Coach, mentor and upskill volunteers in their various roles
- Build new connections and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Volunteer database and record management

**What you will need to be successful;**
- Demonstrated experience in Community Services or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to work and build rapport with diverse range of people
- National Criminal History Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Access to an insured vehicle
