**THE ROLES**

As our **Optical Dispensers** you will have absolutely rad customer service skills with the view of providing the best care to our patients. You will be joining our super solid A-TEAM: high performing, cohesive and all-round fun bunch and will be doing the following:

- Identifying patient needs and provide personalised solutions for them;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, build rapport and strong relationships with patients
- Frame styling and fashion advice
- Contribute to achieving strong sales results

(Part time and full time positions available; FYI this role is also a great graduate job to commence your career in Allied Health )

Next, onto the PM role.As our **Practice Manager** you will be across all the above and will focus on the following key responsibilities:

- Managing practice performance
- Effective stock control and creative control in stock selection and range (think, which sunnies range should we stock?)
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure great patient care and smooth running of practice

As we are expanding, you will be looked upon favourably if you also possess mad skills in the following:

- social media;
- photography; or
- videography

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
