Are you an experienced Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor looking for a change of scenery and a new career opportunity? Queensland's civil construction sector is booming, and we're looking for experienced people to be part of a team where you'll deliver a variety of projects including residential and industrial subdivisions, Roadworks and council jobs alongside a supportive and experienced team who are committed to your growth and development.
**You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site activities. You will work closely with project managers and site personnel to ensure the successful execution of projects while upholding our commitment to high-quality work and safety standards.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor - ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
- Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
- ability to read and interpret construction plans
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver License
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
