**About the Role**:
The Manager Employer Solutions provides leadership to the Employment Services Business Growth team and is responsible for carrying out strategic business development activities to engage and establish key employer accounts and vacancies to gain employment opportunities for job seekers for the regions that SSI Employment Services is operating in. You will actively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote SSI's brand and services, and work hand in hand with employers to create a pipeline of employment opportunities suitable for work ready job seekers.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with Program Managers and Business Managers (DES, ParentsNext) to uphold a strategic plan for business development and key account management activities to ensure appropriate employers and industries are being targeted, vacancies are being filled successfully, and suitably work ready job seekers are being placed into employment opportunities.

- Certificate IV or above in Business, Marketing, or other similar qualification, desirable or be willing to work towards.
- High level business development, recruitment, sales or marketing experience.
- High level commercial acumen with the ability to recognise and drive opportunities.
- Proven business development, sales or marketing ability including excellent communication skills, high level negotiation skills, and persuasive ability.
- Strong ability to grow connections, networks and new business relationships.
- Experience working towards targets, KPIs, or multiple deadlines.
- Strong account management and relationship management skills.
- Strong ethics, accountability, and integrity.
