**About the role**
The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:
- Assist in developing and executing sales and engagement plans for investors and consultants, regularly providing updates on progress and suggest actionable ideas.
- Coordinate and respond promptly to queries from investors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Oversight of investor due diligence and maintenance of fundraising Q&A information.
- Preparing briefing notes and coordinating presentation materials for meetings including active follow-ups.
- Ensuring the sales pipeline, investor activity tracking and data room access are actively managed.
- Use available resources to conduct research on Asian and Middle Eastern markets to support fundraising and strengthen investor relationships.
- Collaborating with global teams to centralise investor intelligence at a single source of truth point.
- Ensure consistent processes for sales and investor support activities, including efficiency improvements to the investor experience.
- Stay informed about the industry, key prospects, clients, and QIC's products and strategies.
**About you**
- Proven experience in project management or supporting sales activities and investors within the investment industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with capital raising processes in funds management.
- Solid understanding of fund management practices and terminology.
- Ability to navigate and manage work across multiple time zones. The role is based in our Singapore office but will require frequent coordination with team members in New York, London and Australia.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of handling competing deadlines confidently in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong process skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when needed.
- A collaborative team player, highly engaged and able to work with peers to ensure consistency across QIC's distribution and client framework.
- Japanese, Korean or Mandarin language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
