**Duties include**:
- Ensuring that both the lessee and lessor obligations are met
- Assisting in monitoring the standard and performance of City property assets
- Arranging and monitoring quotes, purchase orders, payment of invoices
- Other leasing and administrative duties as required.
**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in business administration, property or facility management or a related field e.g, real estate, legal administration.
- Well-developed communication and time management skills
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Current ‘C’ class Drivers Licence.
- Current National Police Clearance
