**The Opportunity**

This new opportunity is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday 8-4pm

**You will**
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Ensure common areas are well maintained by carrying out daily & weekly groundskeeping items (such as maintaining refuse rooms)
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Use software platforms to update the status of work orders and report any hazards/incidents
- Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
- Please note - this is not a gardening role, we have that covered

**What you will bring**
- Experience in General Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles or skilled in domestic repair tasks (highly desired)
- A friendly and outgoing personality who enjoys engaging with residents and building relationships
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Minimum two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
- Current Police Check (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
