**Description**:
**Qualifications**: You hold relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (CPV/ RPV) and API membership (this is a non-negotiable due to the property valuation industry’s governing body)
**Relationship Based**: You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
**Business Development**: You are comfortable with growing and achieving goals and expanding your client base.
**Commercial Experience**: Ideally you have experience working across a broad range of property valuation types.
**Fit**: Strong proactive mindset with ability to work autonomously and across a team when needed. Have mindset of continuous improvement, through learning.
