**Pay rate**: $373.79 - $412.42 / day + super

**Location**:Parramatta

**Primary purpose of the role**:
Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating portfolio level governance, committee meetings and working group meetings and preparing papers, to support Program Delivery.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse and consolidate portfolio level risks, issues, milestones and reporting as required and act as a QA on project and program level reporting.
- Upskill and mentor Project Coordinators in Delivery teams.
- Provide a range of project administration and support services to WPT related initiatives that are led by Program Delivery.
- Review, Coordinate and drive Project Delivery gate approval progress.
- Assist with team recruitment and team building.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding portfolio status and implementation updates.
- Work with the PMO to ensure PM's and other delivery resources are trained in correct practice across all areas of project delivery.

**About you**
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in senior project coordination, PMO practices and project delivery exposure or equivalent industry experience.
