**About the role**:
**This role plays a key part in shaping the City’s green spaces by supporting the planning and delivery of capital works, asset renewal projects and asset management. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure our parks and reserves are safe, sustainable, and welcoming for the community.**:
In this role, you will:

- Coordinate and deliver parks and reserves' capital works and renewal projects.
- Develop project scopes, technical specifications, and manage procurement processes.
- Support the preparation and review of Asset Management Plans.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance programs.
- Provide technical input to improve bushland asset data and service levels.
- Ensure climate resilience and sustainability are embedded in project planning.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with a background in project or parks management. You possess a strong understanding of asset management and have a talent for transforming plans into reality. Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to collaborate effectively with teams and the community.

Essential Qualifications, Licences, and Skills for the role:

- A Diploma or higher in Project Management or Parks Management.
- A current driver’s licence and registration to work with vulnerable people.
- Strong skills in contract management, technical documentation, and data analysis.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing capital works or asset renewal projects.
