About the Role
The unit you will be joining is in place to assist the Health Service to manage compliance with legislation and Safety standards. The role will liaise with all levels of the organisation to ensure the Safety Management System is implemented and working at desired the levels required to provide assurance to the Senior Leads and Executive team.
The role will work with our safety teams to assist them improve their service and liaise with the wider system to monitor uptake and understand what is working well or requires improvement.
The role will report on compliance or otherwise and provide suitable suggestions for remediation.
