Redfern, Australia First Drop Cafe Full time

The First Drop is expanding in Redfern and soon to be Marrickville and we need experienced kitchen hands who enjoy working in busy environments alongside a great team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Operating an industrial dishwasher and washing dishes/ glassware/ utensils by hand when necessary.

Unloading dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places.

Perform general cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic environment

Assist chefs with food preparation in busy periods as well as food assembly/ storage as required during busy periods

Able to work in a busy environment

- Passionate about working as a team player in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, dedicated and hardworking
