**THE FIXER (Office Manager)**

Thinkerbell is looking for an amazing Fixer (office manager) to join our Sydney team of Thinkers and Tinkers, who is equal parts measured and magic, and can weave creativity through everything they do.

You are curious, confident, precise, patient, calm and big-hearted, and take your work seriously, but not yourself. You embrace the weird and know how to make things happen, no matter what curve-ball is thrown your way (and we promise there will be loads).

You are the hub of Thinkerbell North (Sydney) and love supporting the team and creating a wonderful environment for our team, clients and visitors. We want to continually make Thinkerbell better than the day before with our weird and wonderful ideas, and always bringing Measured Magic to the forefront - you are key to this

You will also be a valuable member of the COP Shop, covering Culture, Operations and People, who are the glue that holds the Thinkerbell team together. The team works together to support and grow the team of Thinkers and Tinkers, making sure Thinkerbell is an awesome place to be everyday.

There will never be a dull moment in our fast paced, start-up environment and your ability to juggle multiple tasks constantly will make this an extremely rewarding role in an inspiring and exciting team.

No two days will be the same, but some of the tasks you’ll be asked to manage include:

- Ensuring the smooth running of our Thinkerbell North office
- Taking pride in making every touchpoint on brand and perfect
- Ensuring our space is a great and tidy place to be every day - a place that encourages creativity, energy and fun and always looking for ways to enhance this
- Answering and screening all incoming calls, directing all enquiries to the correct person. These will include initial new business conversations with prospective clients
- Welcoming all clients and visitors to Thinkerbell with energy and enthusiasm
- Keeping our kitchen full of healthy snacks and a stationery cupboard full of pens
- Assisting in onboarding new starters to ensure they feel welcome and their transition into Thinkerbell is amazing and on brand
- Contributing and bringing to life cultural and events ideas via the MoMMs (our Makers of Measured Magic team)
- Providing assistance to the wider team of Thinkers and Tinkers on adhoc tasks as required
- Continually looking for ways to improve office efficiency
- Making a mean cheese platter, setting up a bar like a pro and not being scared of the occasional clean up
- Being proactive and dynamic with creative ideas that will enhance Thinkerbell’s culture, happiness and environment

Thinkerbell represents the coming together of scientific enquiry and hard core creativity - or as we like to call it, ‘Measured Magic’. We are an agency of Thinkers and Tinkers and have extensive experience in the worlds of media (paid, owned, earned, and shared), research, strategy, and creative execution.

We promise to push you out of your comfort zone, and nurture your inherent brilliant qualities at the same time. The Institute of Measured Magic is our training and development program where we keep brains sticky with internal and external tailored training throughout the year.

We kick off every week with Measured Mondays, our all agency, super-wip and finish every Friday at 4pm with Magic Hour, where we get creative and weird together.

On top of your regular leave, everyone also gets a Mind Expansion Project per year, up to 5 consecutive days of extra leave per year for you to expand your mind and explore something new (that is something you wouldn’t normally do and something you’ve never done before), and then share back your experience with the agency. Pretty interesting eh? What would you do?

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
