Our client is one of Australia’s largest independent Fleet Management solutions providers. The company is based in the the Gold Coast and offer hybrid working.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This unique phone-based role will see you joining a high paced Novated Sales team where you will work with Novated Lease customers, assisting them throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. You’ll receive a good base salary but will be motivated by their uncapped and highly rewarding results-based commission structure.

Your days will be varied and see you managing the entire process including:

- Building relationships / rapport existing and prospective clients,
- Identifying, and nurturing sales opportunities through to conversion
- Actively responding to and qualifying, quality inbound leads
- Providing advice and promoting the benefits of Novated leasing including presenting to employees and employers.
- Assisting customers with the selection, sourcing and financing of vehicles

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- **Experience in a customer service or inside sales role is important.**:

- Have a driven and motivated approach to achieving results
- Genuine passion to not only meet but regularly exceed KPIs and targets
- Effective communication and selling style, able to adapt to a broad range of clients
- Confident approach to building rapport and building effective long-term customer relationships
- Proven track record in achieving set KPI's
- Dedicated and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Can do attitude
- Possess great problem solving and organisational skills
- Confident IT skills including MS Office, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Teams and Zoom
