**About the role**
McConnell Dowell Constructors (Aust.) Pty Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team located in Melbourne, Victoria.

**Some of the responsibilities of our Quantity Surveyors include**:
- Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed.
- Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all subcontracts are executed, delivered and closed out, in accordance with Company commercial policies and guidelines.
- Ensure that the financial reporting including cost to complete the project is current and accurate
- Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
- Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
**About your capability, behaviours and experience**:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
- Relevant work experience as quantity surveyor with a contractor.
- Clear and definitive communication - written and verbal.
- Ability to understand the construction process.
