We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme. We ensure that our advice is always balanced and provides a whole of project perspective.

Our clients include State governments, local councils, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.
**The opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in our Melbourne CBD office. Working across a range of projects, you will:

- Work with an experienced and diverse team
- Receive further training and opportunities for career development
- Undertake cost analysis and clearly communicate results with client, architects and main contractors
- Liaise with all external parties including clients, architects and main contractors
- Develop project cost plan and budgets
- Undertake cost checks of developing design
- Evaluate and analyse tender returns
- Assist with contract negotiations
- Take responsibility procurement and cost reporting for assigned projects
- Work with the senior team across multiple projects

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have a Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, architecture or quantity surveying
- Minimum 2 years experience post Graduate experience as a quantity surveyor.
- Post-contact experience, including but not limited to monthly progress claim assessment and variation evaluation
- Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills
- Have enthusiasm and passion for the built environment
- A can do attitude that focusses on solutions through innovative thinking

Beneficial:

- Experience in Education or Health Sectors
- Chartered Status with RICS or AIQS (or working toward)

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
