- Part-time (0.4 FTE), fixed term contract until 30 June 2026 based in Allied Health and Human Movement at the City East campus
- Salary range: $103,833 - $111,182 pro rata per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About you**

You are an experienced researcher with knowledge and understanding of principles and concepts related to epidemiology. You are experienced in data analysis and competent in using statistical software. You have excellent communication skills and are able to present your work to a variety of stakeholders both verbally through presentations and written publication.

**About the role**

In this role, you will contribute to the research efforts of the Body in Mind research group, particularly in relation to the initiative ‘Pain Revolution.’ You will undertake qualitative evaluations and oversee the community outreach events associate with the Rural Outreach Tour.

**To be successful you will need**

- Undergraduate qualifications with honours in a relevant field, e.g. epidemiology, population health, quantitative research methods, statistics, health behaviour/psychology
- Knowledge of principles related to epidemiology
- High level quantitative analysis skills
- Strong and increasing record of research achievement
- Understanding of the Community Pain Champion program
