Bamboo Catering, based in west Perth, is a boutique event & corperate caterer servicing discerning corporate & private clients, in a variety of venues across the city, corporate head offices & private homes.

As a company we are driven to deliver exceptional dining experiences. From point of initial customer contact, we work to design our offerings to fulfill clients desires, to utilize the best available event suppliers & produce, menu design, food & beverage execution with impeccable front of house service, the role will be based from West Perth, 6005

**About the role**
- Overseeing day to day food & beverage operations
- Attend functions & be responsible for the operations and supervision of events and bookings including bump in/bump out, management of staff, liaising with clients and kitchen team to enable the smooth execution of functions.
- Coordinate & facilitate daily operational & logístical requirements of the company as required.
- Hiring and training new floor staff
- Organize and supervise shifts including rostering
- Assist the Head Chef with Menu development
- Control operational costs and stock control management
- Resolve food & Beverage complaints in line with the venues policies

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar management role, such as restaurant manager
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- show demonstrated food & beverage management skills
- be energetic, self motivated & ability to be flexible in this varied role
- hold a passion for hospitality and a desire to share this experience with your team.
- have strong organization and administration skills
- excellent communication & computer skills - working with Microsoft office, excel, word, outlook, xero.
- have a positive can do attitude & willingness to learn.

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
