**Service Delivery Manager - Transformation**:
We are seeking an experienced **Service Delivery Manager - Transformation** for a **6-12 month contract** to join a major service transformation project. This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the successful adoption of new service delivery models and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute comprehensive enablement strategies, including training programs and materials, to support new service models.
- Lead change management activities, conduct readiness assessments, and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Define, track, and report on enablement KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project leadership to unblock pre-discovery tasks and facilitate new project initiatives.
- Oversee procurement and contract management processes, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a champion for both employee and customer experience throughout the transformation.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **10+ years of experience** in enablement, change management, training, or service management roles, with a focus on transformation or digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and communication programs.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience in measuring enablement effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with procurement and vendor contract management.
