**Service Delivery Manager - Limelight People have been engaged to identify a leading Service Delivery Manager for a global FinTech organisation.**

**Service Delivery Manager - This is an opportunity to own and define the ‘future of wrap’ and service delivery across our clients major, Funds Management customer. This is a newly appointed, high profile customer that owns one of the largest FUM’s in Australia.**

Acting as an expert liaison for our client, you will work with key internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement with business leaders and teams across this major portfolio. You will drive product engagement, manage governance, own SLA’s, drive production support, manage service reviews, among other key service initiatives.

- SLA / KPI Management
- Service Level Improvements
- Executive Stakeholder Management
- Application Service Delivery Model Development
- Wealth Management (specifically Wrap Products)
