**Position Summary**:
This position provides a variety of administrative and support services to the Head of Human Resources. Key responsibilities include providing transactional support to the Head of Human Resources and the business, supporting the pre-employment, hiring and on-boarding processes, and responding to and troubleshooting colleague queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- HR Administration - assists with the implementation of HR procedures and processes, assisting with co-ordinating training programs, induction and other ad hoc events
- HR Advice - provides correct and timely advice to colleagues acting as the contact point for HR queries
- HR Correspondence, including preparation of offer letters, pre-employment documentation and other changes to employmenet arrangements
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - assists in the preparation of job descriptions, ads, arranging interviews. You are the first point of contact for CVTS new starters making them feel welcome and excited to join
- HR Records - creating and maintaining up to date and accurate HR Records, ensuring their integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- HR Reporting - Assist with gathering statistical data for reporting purposes, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WEGA)

**Role Requirements**
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritise

**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

**Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in HR/ Business is highly desirable
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar HR/Administration position; previous experience in human resources will be highly regarded
