Local Lunches has the highest operational standards and has 3 core values: Nutrition, Environment and Local. We create amazing lunches for school aged children, using sustainable packaging and sourcing fresh ingredients locally.

**About you**
- Positive, can-do attitude. Honest and dedicated.
- A people person, someone who enjoys developing others.
- Love working in a fast paced environment.
- Hospitality or QSR experience essential.
- Passion for food preparation a must.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid working with children’s check.
- Can work unsupervised but also lead a team.
- Valid Australian drivers licence and a car essential.
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor preferred.

**About the role**
- Working within the school canteens at either Gordon East Public School, Brookvale Public School and/or North Turramurra Public School
- Managing the food and beverage service to a high standard.
- Showing accountability over the results of the canteen.
- Any local travel if required as part of the role is reimbursed.
- Great work life balance for those with night/weekend/family commitments.
- Shifts are Monday to Friday during school term. Can be flexible with days/times available. Must be available on a Friday.
- Excellent on the job training provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $29.88 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
