The role of a Quality and Reporting Specialist is integral to maintaining and enhancing the quality standards within Policy Management at Allianz. This position requires a proactive approach to quality assurance, risk management, and process improvement, ensuring that both internal and external standards are consistently met
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Department Audits: Conduct audits within set timeframes, update relevant reports, and implement corrective actions based on findings.
- Feedback and Error Management: Provide detailed feedback to Team Leaders on identified errors to facilitate improvement discussions in one-on-one meetings.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance current quality processes, implementing new procedures based on trend analysis and management recommendations.
- Trend Analysis and Reporting: Present monthly trend reviews and analysis to management, and implement changes based on findings.
- Audit Action Plans: Develop and maintain action plans to track and resolve audit findings effectively.
- Point of Contact for External Auditors: Serve as the liaison for external auditors, ensuring smooth communication and process transparency.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with departments like Risk Management and Operations Projects Quality Team to streamline auditing processes.
- Project Participation: Actively engage in projects, review documentation, conduct research, and provide informed feedback.
- Process and Procedure Monitoring: Ensure that controls are in place to adhere to agreed processes and procedures, recommending enhancements when necessary.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to aid decision-making.
- Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between management and the team, ensuring information is disseminated effectively.
- Customer Service and Quality Promotion: Advocate for high standards of customer service and quality within the team and across the company.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of problems and collaborate with business users to translate their needs into system specifications.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Flexibly engage in projects as needed, adapting to dynamic business requirements.

Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years in a customer and quality-focused environment, demonstrating the ability to produce accurate work within team turnaround times.
- Project Involvement: Proven track record of participating in and contributing to projects.
- System Understanding: Comprehension of technical aspects related to system functions.
- Environment Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Initiative: Demonstrated capability to work independently, taking initiative in tasks and projects.

This role is crucial for driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with established standards, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Policy Management at Allianz.
