**Contract Type**: Permanent

**The Details**
Your role as the HSE Administrator is to deliver excellence by providing a high-quality administrative service and system support to the HSE and Construction teams.

The West Musgrave Project is a new and exciting project for OZ Minerals where success will be achieved through clear communication and collaboration. This is where your communication skills will come in handy and your exceptional administrative skills and commitment to our ‘We Care’ culture will see you succeed in this role.

There’s many things our Administrators will get involved in, some of which are:
**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting WHS requirements in accordance with statutory requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support, monthly and quarterly reporting, and integrity for Safety Regulation Systems (SRS).
- Monitoring, collating, maintaining and follow up of WHS documentation and statistics to ensure compliance reporting and document control procedures are met.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of data for all systems and processes are maintained.
- Lead and coordinate Health & Safety data preparation of the Site Safety and CRM dash boards.

**Applicant requirements**
- Experience in the use and administration of the DMIR Safety Regulation System (SRS)
- Extensive experience in an administration role preferably within mining, construction, or large projects
- Proven commitment to safety health and wellbeing
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with administrative processes required to record and report on Health, Safety and Environment requirements
- Qualifications or proven experience in Administration/Management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation e.g., WHS, Mining.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High level of confidentiality
