**About you**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all finishing trades on site, including drywall, paint, flooring, and millwork
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with specifications and schedules
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure efficient and effective collaboration
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve any issues as they arise
- Communicate regularly with the project manager and other key stakeholders to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite and ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a finishing foreman in commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
