**Contract length: 12 Months**

**Primary purpose of the role**:
Provide a broad range of paralegal, project, administrative and business support services to support delivery and contribute to efficient service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diverse paralegal tasks to enhance the efficiency of divisional operations.
- Monitor and implement improved office systems, procedures, and methods to streamline team/unit operations and foster continuous improvement.
- Address inquiries promptly, escalating and redirecting issues as necessary, ensuring accurate information provision and top-tier customer service for stakeholders and service providers.
- Provide comprehensive case management support to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Offer both legal and non-legal administrative support to optimize efficiency and facilitate the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Assist in various project, policy, and program initiatives to ensure the successful achievement of agreed-upon outcomes, adhering to project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
