**This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Senior Assistant Manager.**

As an experienced Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet the market demands through your own initiatives. You will implement venue operations on a day to basis by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**What you’ll do**:

- Will assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, by supporting the VM with leading teams, recruitment and training staff.
- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- Demonstrated management experience within the hospitality industry
- Predominantly gaming experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- Marketing knowledge is a plus, but not necessary
