As a Service Leader, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality services for the people we support, their families and leading an amazing team of support workers. We’re looking for someone who is not only dedicated and compassionate but also a fun, bubbly person who brings their personal sparkle to every interaction, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

In this role, you'll work closely with our to ensure positive behaviour support plans, team development, and adherence to our mission and values. Flexibility in working various shifts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including roster coordination and general administration tasks.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to the support staff.
- Consult on behaviour support plans and team development.
- Support individuals with disabilities in their home and community.
- Attend team meetings and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain regular contact with families and resolve any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the disability sector or providing disability support.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Pay: From $37.35 per hour
