Our business operates at a National level across both Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and ambitious individual to join our team at the University of Melbourne._**

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a reliable individual to continue driving our team's success
- Undertaking minor building repairs
- Complying with on-call rotating roster 24/7
- Providing general maintenance of site grounds
- Inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards.
- Representing Prompcorp as a professional, responsive, and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the client.
- Completing the operational requirements of the facility and assisting others to provide proactive and reactive maintenance services with mínimal disruption.
- Exercising excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Completing accurate measures and calculations.
- Actively complying with all Company Policies and Procedures, including WHS- Identify, rectify and report any hazards, accidents, or injuries immediately, in line with Company & site procedures.
- Working in a manner that will not endanger yourself or any other person.
- Using and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) as provided, and reporting any defective or damaged PPE or equipment, in line with Company procedures.
- Performing functions in an environmentally sustainable manner.
- Aid Carpenter’s, when required.
- Responsible for other duties, as required.
- Must hold a Construction Industry Induction Card
- Must hold a current unrestricted C Class Drivers’ Licence
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance or Working with Children Check
- Working with Heights (preferred)
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the same or a similar role
- Previous experience in building/facilities maintenance is preferred
- Ethical with a high level of integrity
- Excellent professionalism to be displayed at all times within a professional environment that is appropriate for an open office plan and considering peers and clientele.
- An effective team player who values and builds strong relationships.

- Able to diagnose and foresee potential problems
