**The Role**:
My client is a leading Australian FMCG manufacturer, creating high quality products.

They are seeking a
**Production Lead to join the team based in South West Sydney.**

Reporting to the production manager your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure operation runs efficiently as well as safety and quality manufacturing of day to day production requirements
- Operate the plant efficiently, ensuring production is maximized
- Assist with projects in production area to ensure they meet requirements
- Educate, coach, engage and develop to create high performing team to achieve/exceed KPI’s.
- Contribute to plant improvement initiatives through active leadership and implementation of CI methodologies.

**Your Background**:

- Prior FMCG experience within a similar role
- Previous experience leading a team, with an ability to coach and develop team leaders to deliver results
- Strong communication, coaching and negotiation skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Hands on leader with a can do attitude
