**Role**:
This Support Officer will be responsible for managing and performing processing transaction, timesheet entry, internal account and stock reconciliations. As well as provide ad-hoc administration support to the team.

**Duties**:

- Process the daily fuel deliveries to company operated sites & customers.
- Generate & process company operated site fuel inventory reconciliations.
- Update SIRA in accordance with fuel inventory reconciliations.
- Manage intercompany account reconciliations.
- Review & manage master data changes & updates.
- Support with customer pricing & freight rate setup.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience with processing inventory or/and account reconciliations.
- Microsoft Suite experience.
