**The Company**

This company is a well-respected engineering consultancy who have a strong presence here in WA and also interstate. They have grown their footprint in size and portfolio in WA in recent years which has provided them with project opportunities across a number of sectors mainly in the civil, industrial, resources, transport, and urban space.

Due to recent project wins and a solid performance in past projects, they are now in the market for a driven and experienced Civil Drafter to join the team and potentially to step up to team lead in time.

**The Position**
This role will form part of the company long-term working on a variety of interesting projects with clients in the public and private sectors. They have a friendly and team-orientated culture within their business where service delivery and quality are the ethos of this successful company.

**Skills and Experience**
- Solid drafting experience in the civil space - civil, urban, roads, light industrial/industrial
- Strong record for delivery using AutoCAD and ideally exposure to some design software
- Willingness to take on responsibility and help train and mentor others longer term
- Ideally, TAFE qualified or similar within the Civil industry
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent time management and the ability to deliver for the team
- Knowledge of civil; Australian Standards, Codes and Technical Practices
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and team orientated environment
