**Opportunity with CMW**
An opportunity has arisen for a draftsperson to join our team in Perth. You will be reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with Senior Civil Drafter. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Drafting of geological ground models, geotechnical sections, and preparation of site plans using AutoCAD;
- Drafting and design of civil/geotechnical drawings for a variety of civil and geotechnical engineering projects
- Managing the GIS database and developing data management tools to assist with companies operations

To be successful in this position you will need to be hard working, have a sense of urgency, great communication skills and an eye for detail. You will take pride in trying to get things right the first time and enjoy computer based work.
- Hold a tertiary degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an engineering environment or consultancy
- Experience in drafting civil, geotechnical or related drawings and details;
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Civil3D;
- Good skills with Microsoft Office suit ideally MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Thorough and accurate;
- The ability to manage workload to meet project deadlines;
