International Student Local Support Person

Melbourne Migration & Education Center Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and responsible staff to support international students in Melbourne. This role involves providing essential assistance in daily life matters, ensuring a smooth transition and a comfortable living experience for students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New Environment Assistance**: Help students settle into their new surroundings by assisting with bank account setups, mobile SIM activation, public transport orientation, and general guidance on Australian lifestyle and homestay matters.
- **Daily Life Support**: Offer assistance with booking air tickets, medical appointments, emergency contacts, housing moves, and communication setups. Ensure students are well-cared for and supported in their everyday needs.
- **Parental Communication**: Maintain regular contact with parents, providing updates on student progress, school reports, and any necessary forms. Ensure parents are informed and assist with school fee payments.
