We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and a premium range of tools and equipment, but we install, service, and maintain cutting-edge stone processing machinery for customers across Australia.

Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking for an an internal sales and warehouse assistant to support our Tools and Equipment Team

**About You**
- You love working collaboratively with your team and wish working with people could be a larger aspect in your role. Your up-beat friendly personality has made you consider a role with more customer service involved.
- You love working in a warehouse because of the active nature of the role, where being on the move gives you energy.
- You take pride in the work you do. It felt fulfilling when you were able to organise pallets efficiently and maintain a high quality of standard in the warehouse.
- You may not have extensive experience working with tools and equipment and that's okay. Your willingness to learn and desire to seek feedback from your colleagues and manager will take you far.

**About the Role**
As a key person within the Tools and Equipment Division, you will add significant value by:

- Assisting with pick-packing Tools and Equipment and moving goods around the warehouse.
- Servicing customers by assisting with the movement of stone slabs for viewing. While instilling a sense of excitement towards the stone product.
- Providing assistance to customers about Tools and Equipment enquiries by asking the right questions as well as proactively going out to customers on site and providing a solution for them.
- Cutting samples of stone to provide to designers, architects and other interested customers.
- Communicating with sales team around stock availability, order estimation times, and general updates.
- Maintaining and adhering to company OHS policies and procedures.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role you will only need:

- Customer service experience
