**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Grow the QLD Business and your individual specialization on a national basis
- Provide quality recruitment services to business clients.
- Maintain current client relationships and account management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience of recruitment processes and best practice.
- Manage or Mentor consultants.
- Report profit and loss of individual and team budgets.
