**About the Opportunity**

Seeking a flexible and reliable Support Worker who is able to provide care to one of our Clients (we call Members) located in Meadows, SA. Visits available are 3 x 1.5-hour visits and include the following services:

- Personal Care - e.g., assisting with showering, dressing
- Domestic Assistance - e.g., cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping
- Companionship - e.g., providing company through friendships, interests, and activities
- COVID-19 Vaccinations (two doses as a minimum)
- Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)
- A successful National Police Check issued within the past 2.5 years OR a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or prepared to obtain one)
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disabilities/Individual Support or higher (or studying) will be highly regarded
- Smartphone
