We currently have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Finance Partner Leader to join our Finance partnering team within Technology and Enterprise Operations.

The Finance Partner lead will have the responsibility to lead a team and drive opportunities for simplification in how finance operates in a coordinated manner with peers and team members.

You will be responsible for providing analysis and insight in partnering with the business to optimise performance across infrastructure technology.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provision of accurate and valuable financial data, analysis, and advice to the business on use and interpretation of outputs, and guidance and challenge on better.
- Review reporting and review of the portfolio to ensure establishment and maintenance of a best practice system to provide valuable data for profitability review.
- Consolidation of monthly results specifically for discussion on BD2/3 (both run and change).
- Coordination of Plan/Forecast commentary / changes throughout the year.
- Supporting the build and maintenance of the annual Plan and related underlying assumptions.
- Supporting the minimisation and seamless administration of intra and inter divisional plan / cost transfers.
- Provide financial expertise to assist with the preparation/review/analysis of investment asks.
- Review, document and improve current procedures, continually assessing and improving the quality of services provided.
- Development and support of systems and interfaces to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
- Ensure processes and systems keep up with changes in business rules, structures, and processes.
- Work flexibly and supportively with Finance colleagues both within own BU/ function and outside to ensure that the function overall.

**What you will bring**:

- Experience & some industry knowledge, proven track record in driving insights to enhance business performance and of financial controllership.
- Exceptional people leadership skills, ensuring the work environment is safe, supportive, has clarity and that our people are developed to their potential.
- Ability to synthesise detailed information and extract relevant key concepts.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders while delivering results and proactive in meeting deliverables.
- Interested in growing and adapting their communication skills to prepare and deliver presentations within the business.
- Previous Finance/business partnering experience with Finance/Financial Services knowledge required.
- Possess strategic thinking and has an inquisitive mindset.
- Experience across a range of Finance disciplines including partnering with divisions, corporate centre planning and reporting and financial control roles.
- Relevant tertiary degree in Accounting/Commerce/Business and CA/CPA qualified, advantageous.
