**About the Role**:
As a Poultry Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Poultry Manager. This full-time position is based at our Poultry Admin Office, where you will be instrumental in providing top-notch administrative assistance, planning and scheduling poultry movements, and reporting key metrics.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive support to the Poultry Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- ** Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Poultry Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- ** Task Coordination**: Coordinate tasks and projects on behalf of the Poultry Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- ** Proactive Problem-Solving**: Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to facilitate seamless processes.
- ** Scheduling**: Assist in planning and scheduling poultry bird movements.
- ** Documentation**: Organise and maintain confidential documents, records, and reports.
- ** Report Preparation**: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- ** Meeting Management**: Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the poultry team to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
