**Join W Cosmetics as we continue to grow** We're looking for a dedicated **Human Resources Manager** to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient HR function.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate HR and payroll system administrative tasks to maintain smooth and efficient operations, ensuring all processes adhere to legal and organisational requirements.
- Regularly review, update, and ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance materials are current and accurately documented, reflecting legislative changes and internal updates.
- Gather and maintain HR data to support the development of reports on key HR metrics, assisting with the preparation of reports for monthly leadership meetings.
- Monitor and assist recruitment across 30+ stores, and two different brands.
- Assist in coordinating performance review processes by distributing materials to managers and employees and tracking completion.
- Assist with development of processes of the HR department as we continue to grow.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR support and clear communication across departments.
- Support the HR team in addressing employee relations issues by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items while ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive employee matters.
- Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes to ensure efficient operations and compliance with legislative requirements.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensure all HR activities and processes meet organizational and legal standards.
- Act as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR queries and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, providing insights into HR metrics to assist leadership decision-making.
- Foster a positive working environment through proactive HR support and guidance.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll systems, and performance management processes is a plus.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Bachelor or Related Discipline in Human Resources / Business.
- Mandarin speaking preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
