CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - WORK FROM HOME

Do you have a great phone manner and a clearly understood English / Australian accent?

We are looking for a mature minded Casual **Inbound Call Centre person / Customer Relationship Officer **to help us run our small family run Antenna and Electrical Business - approx. 20-25 hours per week (Flexible Hours)

Primarily working from home - so will need a decent internet connection.

Initial training for a few weeks in our home office in Quinns Rocks.

You will be responsible for answering customer calls, booking in jobs, scheduling technicians, maintain sound customer relations, and maintain good working relationships with the technicians out in the field.

**Working remotely with a small team we need someone who can**:

- Answering inbound calls - some sales experience will be needed.
- Booking in / Scheduling Jobs within the Perth metro area
- Make follow up calls for Quality Assurance
- Handle / resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Answer calls from technicians and deal with problems/queries as they arise

Skills / Equipment Needed

**Essential**:

- Fast accurate typing speed
- Good oral and written English
- Good phone manner
- Solid Computer Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A quiet area in your home to work
- Decent internet connection

**Preferred**:

- Call Centre Background
- Technically minded and used to dealing with tradies
- Perth local who know where all the suburbs are

When the phones go mad, this can be a high pressure environment So applicants with some call centre / receptionist experience is needed.

Ideally we are looking for casual mature minded applicants.

Computer and phone will be provided

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
