**Are you a passionate and experienced Front of House Leader looking for an exciting new challenge?**

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and experienced FOH Leader to join our team at our new innovative concept restaurant in Mulgrave.

As the FOH Leader, you will be super hands-on, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the FOH, ensuring exceptional customer service and business requirements are completed in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform FOH tasks and oversee operations ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Train, supervise, and motivate FOH team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and manage reservations, ensuring efficient table turnover and maximising capacity
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and training manuals
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the Kitchen and Back of House team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols and procedures
- Involved in running staff meetings and training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a FOH Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in point of sale (POS) systems and other front of house technology
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, mainly evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
