**About the Role**:
We are looking for both full-time and casual Security Rangers to join our team in various metropolitan Sydney locations. Each day will present a new challenge as you provide exceptional customer service, patrol and secure facilities, ensure public safety, and enforce regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, including providing directions and information to visitors
- Safeguard physical assets through regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols
- Monitor and manage behaviour in designated areas
- Observe and assess facilities to minimise risk and uphold public safety
- Maintain detailed security records and reports
- Control access to facilities

**Essential Criteria**:

- Valid NSW 1A Security Licence
- Full NSW Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
- Traffic Control and Traffic Management Plan certificates/cards (or willingness to obtain)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Fire Warden certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- Working With Children Check
