Ict Trainer

Our client is seeking an **ICT Trainer - Ariba** who will be accountable for all strategies, plans and delivery of Ariba Training and communication to support business readiness and successful project implementation. Also, be responsible for working with business stakeholders and the Solution Implementation Partner in completing training needs assessments, design and development of training collateral, loading training to LMS and delivering training and support to key users (Change Champions) within the business.

**Primary skills of the role include**:

- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering Ariba or similar Software as a Service (SaaS) procurement solutions training to support human performance throughout change.
- High level of understanding of the various functions and processes within a modern procurement organisation.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including developing high-quality targeted training materials.
- Proven experience in large-scale ICT, digital and/or Ariba or SaaS transformation projects within the Local/State/Federal Government or a large corporate environment.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, with proven ability delivering quality outputs and outcomes.
- Extensive experience in building relationships, and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets, and practices.
- Experience working effectively with stakeholders to form a unified 'one team' mindset with a common goal of realising benefits for the business and employees.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and effectively build relationships and communicate to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other program team members in a collaborative and respectful manner.
