**Your new role**

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, partnering with a range of stakeholders to execute conversation optimisation strategies.

Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

- Leading the effective use of digital channel optimisation tools and methodologies.
- Develop and deliver the user journey experience to drive conversion across various channels.
- Work with various business units, including Media, Product & Technology to design and execute high-quality experiments and learnings.
- Develop and execute a conversion optimisation strategy with the key objective of maximising acquisition and reactivation from our SEO, paid media and affiliate activities.
- Develop and drive an ‘always on’ test and learn environment, analysing performance data, reporting on results and sharing learnings across the business to drive business development and value creation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have previous experience in a digital marketing role in either an in-house or agency environment.
- Demonstrable experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in the development and execution of optimisation strategies.
- You will be a data-driven and analytical individual.
- Strong time management and organisational skills are a must.
