We are looking for capable, intelligent, confident & proactive Mentors to work with our Participants with complex mental health conditions in the Wynnum Area.

You have strong values around care, service and personal development and have a great ability to build trust-based relationships with those around you. You are mature minded and can comfortably interact with your participants in diverse contexts, supporting them to achieve their goals in all aspects of life and have an open minded and understanding approach to your interactions.

We are looking for male and female Mentors with proven experience in mental health, flexibility in travel who are ready to get started right away.

Others describe you as honest, smart, fun, reliable, consistent, and hardworking. You are tech-savvy and will be required to document your interactions into our database.

You are interested in honing your skills in Disability Support and are looking for a casual role that allows you to provide companionship and guidance to our participants.

Due to the importance of this role, we are offering;
Weekday - $33.39 per hour

Saturday - $46.74 per hour

Sunday - $60.10 per hour

Public holiday - $73.45 per hour

A current driver’s license, own transport and comprehensive car insurance
