About the Role

As the Office Manager at our Wynnum clinic, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work front-of-house alongside your admin team and behind the scenes with the Practice Leader (Physio in Charge) to create a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for both patients and staff. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, loves bringing order to busy spaces, and finds joy in helping others succeed.

What You/'ll Be Doing

- Leading and mentoring your front desk team
- Delivering exceptional customer service — greeting patients, managing calls/emails, appointments, and payments
- Overseeing clinic operations — managing clinician schedules, referrals, invoicing, HICAPS, third-party billing, and debtors
- Running the admin ship — training, performance support, and rostering
- Keeping everything on track — stock control, database updates, and regular reporting
- Maintaining a calm, clean, and welcoming clinic space

About You

- A warm, professional presence — you’re the first smile our patients see
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A love for improving systems and streamlining workflows
- Experience in allied health/medical admin (Gensolve experience is a plus)
- Availability Monday to Friday
