**Key Responsibilities**

In this fabulous part-time or full-time role, you will guide staff, oversee financial management, coorinate a team responsible for logistics, rostering and front line support, the role will provide effective management and guidance in daily operations. You will assist in developing operational policies and procedures and maintain operational records.

You will manage financial processes, procure supplies, and ensure facility maintenance across all our sites. As part of the leadership team, you will support staff training, participate in risk and compliance management. You will ensure we meet our regulatory standards and maintain confidentiality across all operations.

**Who we’re looking for in this exciting role**

We need a leader in health services or a related field, who is comfortable working with a range of health professionals and non-clinical staff. If you have around 2-3 years of experience in an operational leadership role, particularly in healthcare.

We’re looking for someone to work **4-5 days per week**, who is highly organised, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll be working with people across all levels of the organisation. You are a natural problem solver, with an incredible attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements and Attributes**
- **Must** have prior experience working in a **leadership role** within health or a similar environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $87,000.00 per year
