The role offers exposure to executive management including reports at board level. The role is a true Finance Business partner that will work with all stakeholders across the business. You may also have an interest in data that we are happy to train you in.

**Primary responsibilities**:
Setting up the mechanisms for, and ensuring the following functions are completed efficiently and effectively:

- Expense management (including project expenses), reporting and analysis, including staff resource modelling, budget variance commentary and run rate analysis
- Weekly sales and other business metric reporting and analysis
- Business case (financial aspects) development support, analysis, and benefits tracking, including financial modelling of IRR, payback periods etc
- Set up, maintenance and running of the expense allocation model
- Budgeting, forecasting & business plan preparation
- Monthly management reporting preparation and analysis

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Accounting functions associated with the above functions (e.g., expense accruals, cost allocation journal postings; reviewing of invoice coding etc)
- Authorise and review bank transactions
- Finance-related project work, including data warehouse developments
- Any other ad-hoc finance-related matters

**Key internal relationships**:
Financial Accountants, Actuaries, Executive leadership team and their reports across ClearView group

**Qualifications required**:
Financial Accounting tertiary qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)

**Attributes/experience**:

- Business Partnering and Management accounting experience
- Understand wealth management and insurance industry
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Independent and proactive
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Attention to detail
