We are on the look-out for a **Store Manager** to join the team in the Eastern Sydney Suburb.

**Running the store as if it is your own business, you will**:

- Delight your customers with service and store standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop your own store team.

- Must have driving Licence and your own car.
- Previous staff/people management experience compulsory - service station management would be advantageous.
- Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty)
- Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A background in the foodservice industry and a current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate is highly desirable.
- Retail and merchandising experience
- It is essential that you are available to work full time, across store trading hours, including availability on weeknights and weekends when required.

**Salary**: $47,566.83 - $77,739.13 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- petrol station: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
